  • Wise Old Owl || Well - either it's sold, or it's been withdrawn. The only "house" for sale now in Wroughton under £60,000 is a single bedroom mobile home at £55,750. To live on the site, you have to be over 55, which means that when you come to sell the caravan, your market will be very restricted.
