  • P Copland || Basically, a 2 bedroom flat in walthamstow price was never 380,000. The price it has been put on sale now is the actual asking price. -- left at Sun Jul 06 19:16:01 +0000 2008
  • Sullivan, P || Make sense Copland...? Are you saying this site lies? I think you'll find that 380,000 was the asking price when they first put it on the market... and now it is 200,000... That's the whole point of propety snake... -- left at Mon Jul 14 22:04:11 +0000 2008
  • || this website makes no sense! -- left at Tue Jul 15 22:37:45 +0000 2008
  • || THESE ARE NOT REAL CURRENT MARKET PRICE REDUCTIONS THESE ONLY REFLECT WHAT PRICES WERE A YEAR AGO -- left at Wed Jul 16 09:27:58 +0000 2008
  • Geoff || P Copland is absolutely correct. The £380k asking price was absurd - whole houses in this street were selling for £200k to £250k last year, well before the credit crunch hit. -- left at Wed Jul 16 21:42:54 +0000 2008
  • Elvis Parsley || I agree -- left at Wed Jul 23 14:53:28 +0000 2008
  • || iknow the area that flat is worth 180.000 tops -- left at Thu Aug 07 15:14:32 +0000 2008
  • Brains || You people are so thick when are you going to realise that house prices are dropping including yours. In 2007 house prices in my block of flats went up by £145K! Now its the opposite. -- left at Tue Aug 12 22:37:03 +0000 2008
  • Mark S || Even at 200K the property is well overpriced. The real value of this property is 120K tops. -- left at Fri Aug 15 12:27:59 +0000 2008
  • Oge || These people just dont get it - House prices are CRASHING - You need to read "Money & Wealth in the New Millenium" by Norm Franz to get an idea of whats happening. -- left at Fri Aug 15 18:52:53 +0000 2008
  • || Well as of today house prices have fallen in the States to 2005 levels, the U.K will follow this pattern without a doubt. If your looking to make money on your house you should make a quick move. -- left at Thu Aug 28 10:22:12 +0000 2008
  • Rory || Ok - but where's it advertised? -- left at Mon Sep 01 15:29:47 +0000 2008
  • Nick B || I think this illustrates that the flat was massively overpriced in the first instance. Even when the market was at its peak, perfectly decent 2 beds in Walthamstow were going for 200k or less in some instances. I know this because I was looking there in spring last year. Whilst there is no doubt that prices are dropping, this amount of fall is in no way representative of the extent of that fall. -- left at Tue Sep 02 08:40:30 +0000 2008
