  • Informed west country housepricewatcher || Wow! Topsham is seriously floundering in the face of the credit crunch. Several examples here of properties priced at the start of the year at c£300K, reflecting the heady and naive boom mentality of 2006-7, now being re-priced at less than £250K, a fall of about 15%!
